Great downtown location and modern space!

We've loved living in this building and really enjoy the proximity to all areas of the city. The apartments have modern appliances and we can easily walk to Cheesman Park or a bunch of great restaurants nearby.

Bermuda Apartment

It's lovely living here. Location doesn't get better and neighbors are super friendly. The only improvements that could be made would be central AC and in-unit laundry. Central AC is a much bigger concern for me personally, it would get super hot in the summer and I had to buy a window unit to survive. In-unit laundry is more of a wish-list item than anything else. There are two washers and dryers shared between everyone and it isn't an issue most of the time. Overall, I love living here and the price is unbeatable in this neighborhood.

Bermuda Apartments

Bermuda Apartments is a great building close to Down Town Denver. The building is well maintained. There is an on-site manager that has been there for over 10 years and really knows the property and surrounding area. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by.
